Anyone can take photos or film videos on their mobile phones. Hiring a professional like myself will adapt to your needs for your special occasion or event. A professional has insurance and professional camera equipment etc to capture what you need through photos and video. Professionals will also have constant communication with you on what you would like and your needs.
Deposits are non-refundable if the client cancels.
When it comes to costs, you will have to contact me for prices as every photography and videography job is different and clients are wanting different things; this is the reason I don't do set packages and I am budget friendly where I will work around clients budgets if they have one in mind. Travel and editing costs are included in your quotes.
I always aim to get your photos or video back to you as soon as possible, but at the latest, it would be 2-3 weeks considering how busy my diary is.
You will receive all photos and videos via online digital transfer which you will be able to download and is included in your quote. USB sticks can be provided for an extra £10 and photo albums are £100 extra.
Yes, you get permission to use your photos and video wherever you like. I would also like to use the photos and video on social media etc to promote my work to other potential clients, however, I do ask permission once I have sent you your photos and video.
